Duties

Handle administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
