Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to help manage our front-of-house and provide administrative support. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing calls and appointments, processing payments, and assisting fee earners and secretaries to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience (legal or professional services preferred) Excellent communication and telephone skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Typing/audio transcription skills desirable
This is a full time position and will be based primarily in our Dover office, although the role may require travel to other offices in Deal & Sandwich to cover work when staff are on leave.
