Overview
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in a bustling office environment within a vehicle repairer. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain an organised reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with office procedures
- Competent in computerised systems
- Familiarity with Autoflow Bodyshop Management System is desirable (training can be provided)
- Experience with data entry
- Familiarity with Sage 50 Accounts is desirable (training can be provided)
- Strong organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
