We are looking to recruit a friendly, creative and organised receptionist to join our busy head office team. The successful candidate will be the face of our Reception, front of house welcoming all staff, volunteers, visitors, clients and stakeholders to our head office.
The successful applicant will need to:
Have a sustained track record in delivering a high standard of customer service with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a customer focused environment.
Be well organised and able to multitask and prioritise calmly under pressure, dealing with all matters confidentially.
Possess excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft 365.
Be organised and able to coordinate the room bookings, ensuring all meeting rooms are set up and broken down as requested by the hirers.
Have a 'can do' and flexible approach to all aspects of the role.
Be able to apply financial procedures, to handle cash and record financial transactions.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, including a good sense of humour.

We pay National Living Wage and provide progression opportunities. Pay rates are the following:
21 and over:
12.21 per hour /
18-20-year-olds:
10.00 per hour.
