Trinity House Care Home is a modern, purpose-built home providing high-quality Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia Care for up to 55 residents. Designed and furnished to the highest standard, our home offers a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel supported, valued and truly at home.
We are now looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the welcoming face of the home, you will create a positive first impression for residents, visitors and staff alike. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
What We Offer
12.21 per hour
32 hours per week (including weekend work) over 4 days 9AM-5:30PM
Paid PVG, Pension scheme, Uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
Your Role
As Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, answering phone calls and handling queries efficiently. You will manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and updating resident information. You'll provide secretarial support to the Home Manager and contribute to a welcoming, organised and well-run environment.
Every day will bring variety, from greeting families and supporting staff to ensuring smooth communication across the home. Your attention to detail, friendly nature and ability to stay calm under pressure will make you an essential part of our team.

Previous reception or administrative experience, ideally in a care home or healthcare setting
