Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
