Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain accurate records of visitors and appointments. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
