Part-Time Receptionist - Arden Parks Showground (The Valley, Evesham, WR11 4DS)

We are looking for a

friendly and welcoming Receptionist

to join our busy showground team based at

The Valley, Evesham

.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a great first impression of our Residential and Holiday Parks.

Hours:

9:00am - 5:00pm

Working days:

4 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday)

Type:

On-site only (not a remote position)

Key responsibilities:

Manning our small sales office and residential show home. Unlocking and locking the show home, ensuring it is tidy, well-presented, and stocked with brochures and materials. Greeting guests and customers on arrival and ensuring they feel welcome. Handling enquiries and passing them on to the sales team as needed. We are offering an extra bonus per lead when a prospective Customer visit's a park and provides details - more information will be given. Providing directions and basic information about our Residential and Holiday Parks, as well as the homes and plots we have available.

What we're looking for:

A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills. Someone reliable, organised, and confident in dealing with the public. A positive team player who enjoys providing great customer service. A car driver due to the location
