Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
Maintain organized records of guest information and reservations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
Uphold hotel standards by maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
Proven office experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Typing skills are a plus.
Familiarity with Google Workspace is beneficial.
A positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
