Your future, as a Receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our North Street practice in Exeter, EX4 3QR.


As a Receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing a high volume of phone calls to our front desk.


This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, with an hour's lunch each day. As a Receptionist, you'll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

It does have great public transport routes.

Welcome customers warmly - in person and over the phone Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team Share clear, helpful information, tailored to each customer Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
