If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you. Currently, we are seeking to recruit a hardworking individual on a part time basis working 2 days per week to begin with in our Falkirk office. There may be room for these hours to increase in time.

Candidates shall work as a Receptionist within our Falkirk office. They will job share the role with our current receptionist providing the first point of contact for the firm and directing clients to relevant departments and fee earners to ensure the smooth operation of the main switch board and management of the reception area including showing clients into meetings and enhancing each client's experience within the firm.

Key Responsibilities of the role



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answering all calls coming into the main switchboard promptly and direct these to the relevant departments or fee earner.

Processing the mail and preparing this to be sent each day.

Manning reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times and showing clients into relevant meeting rooms.

Managing the meeting room diaries.

Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, the visitor log book and maintaining accurate records.
Working with the online case management system.

Arranging appointments and booking relevant meeting rooms.

Completing Stationery orders for the firm.

Support other team members with various office tasks as needed

Candidates should possess the following Experience and Skills:



Experience working within a busy office environment.

The ability to work in a fast-paced, high turnover environment.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Experience working with clients.

A high level of attention to detail.

The ability to multi-task.

Excellent MS office skills.

Salary commensurate with the level of experience of the candidate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 9,200.00-11,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 14 per week
