We have an exciting opportunity within our reception team
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person with previous customer service, and ideally, reception experience. The ability to interact with our clients to provide a consistently high level of service and customer care is an essential part of this role.
This is a full-time role, and you will be required to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities include:
Receive clients and their animals for appointments, being sensitive to their needs and promoting a professional image at all times
Manage and deal with appointment bookings
Working with other members of the team to ensure that the reception is kept to a high standard of cleanliness
Phone call and email handling
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying
Provide excellent customer care
Process credit card and cash payments
