Job Description

We are an award winning beautiful and busy boutique hotel with stunning sea views. We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join our busy and friendly front of house team with an aim to make every guest's stay or visit personal and memorable.



More important than experience is the Right Person! We are looking for someone with a passion for true hospitality, a willingness to learn, positive energy and an ability to work with others and be self motivated to work alone. If you have a passion for customer service we will give the training required to help you move forward in the role.



Duties include:



Communicating with guests in a friendly professional way; face to face, on the phone and through emails. Maintaining guest records, answering enquires and confirming bookings, cash handling and banking, communicating with different departments and being able to ensure smooth communication throughout the hotel. Helping

within

the

restaurants

and bar in order to ensure

complete

care of our guests



SHIFTS are a mix of either 7AM-3PM & 2PM-10PM / 5 days over 7 including weekends



Free meals on duty

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
