We are a Solicitors firm based in Gerrards Cross looking for an Receptionist to join our team.
The position is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm
The role involves answering the phone , data entry, emails , handling incoming/outgoing mail and general office duties , as well as providing additional administrative support to the firm
The job is multitasking and requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
The successful application will demonstrate excellent commutation skills, self motivation, reliability
Training will be provided
Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist
Education: A Level
Full time : Office based
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
To provide high quality administrative support to the Managing Director

Excellent professional telephone manner at all times
Attention to detail and concentration with a high level of accuracy
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Time management and organisational skills are crucial
Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual
Good level of IT proficiency
