Banca di Roma is looking for receptionist who will deliver a seamless guest experience from the second a guest steps through the door.

The Ideal Receptionist/Hostess has to:

? Ensure all guests are welcomed and bid farewell with Banca di Roma's warmth and friendly personality.

? Assist guests either face to face or on the phone efficiently, professionally and politely.

? Escort guest to the allocated table/area and ensure guest are seated comfortably.

? Distribute waiters notes and communicating return times on tables in a correct and timely.

? Perform relay duties in the restaurant when necessary.

? Manage the guest profile with accurate and up to date information with the aim of enhancing the guest dining experience for any future visit.

? Take bookings and ensure all bookings are taken correctly, with all booking policies and reservation flow being respected.

? Maintain perfect grooming standard in the correct uniform every day.

IMPORTANT

? Ensuring you and the team maintain our high standards of food & environmental hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.

? Maintaining our daily high standards with great consistency whilst enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

? Proof of eligibility to work in UK.

Experience with sevenrooms software preferred.
