We have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our Accommodation Management team, based at Kelvinhaugh Residences in Glasgow.


You will be the first line of contact at reception providing excellent customer service in addition to completing a variety of administrative tasks


The role of Receptionist will include:




Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries Raising purchase orders Handling student mail and parcels Carrying out monthly audits Provide customers and staff with clear guidance, information and practical advice on reception services Support the delivery of high quality customer service by resolving problems or setting into motion the means of resolution Support the maintenance of effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable the accurate recording and timely provision of information

Skills and experiences:




Recent experience of undertaking a similar role Good communication skills and working knowledge of effective communication at all levels Proven experience of providing excellent customer service Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook Some knowledge of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Some experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
