Role Overview:
As a Receptionist, you'll be the face of Boundary Outlet, providing a warm welcome to suppliers, and visitors. You'll manage our main reception operations efficiently and support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries promptly.
Manage visitor logs, appointments, and bookings.
Provide information about store departments, events, and promotions to customers.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
What We're Looking For:
A friendly and approachable individual with excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
A professional and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
