As a remote Receptionist you will ensure that the following duties are performed to the highest standards:
Acting as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries, offering a warm, courteous, and professional experience.
Answering incoming calls promptly (ideally within six rings), transferring to the appropriate person, taking messages, or providing relevant information as needed.
Handling overflow of new business enquiries and ensuring they are passed on to the right team.
Managing multiple calls confidently, including complaints, with calmness and professionalism.
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams through clear communication and a positive attitude.
Monitoring and managing the company mailbox, ensuring emails are handled efficiently and routed correctly.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess an exceptional telephone manner, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to deal with a high volume of incoming calls on a daily basis. They will demonstrate an excellent work ethic. They will be ambitious, inquisitive and eager to learn. Full training will be provided.
Training
Training for this role will be on-site in our Guildford office for two weeks.
