About The Role

Working within a restaurant with rooms, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and will be responsible for always providing exceptional service. You will undertake Reception duties such as administration, taking reservations, and handling telephone and email enquiries. You will exceed guest expectations and ensure they have a relaxed and enjoyable experience. You will also liaise closely with the Front of House, Bar and Kitchen team members.

Our Ideal Receptionist

Has a background of working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment. Possesses excellent telephone and computer literacy skills. Shows a willingness to learn with an ambitious can-do attitude. Has an acute attention to detail and can operate in an organised manner. Communicates effectively and maintains a positive approach to all tasks and situations. Demonstrates enthusiasm for world class food, drink, and warm hospitality. Is adaptable and able to work on their own and as part of a supportive team. Is flexible towards shifts patterns (weekends and evenings are essential). Displays pride in their work and strives to meet high standards at all times.

Pay: Up to 25,396.80 per year
