We're looking for a professional, personable, and proactive Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a prestigious commercial building in Hammersmith.

Hours & Salary
Full-Time Role:
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm - 32,409 per annum
Set up and maintain a welcoming, professional reception area that reflects the expectations of both clients and tenants
Greet and manage all visitors, becoming the friendly and familiar face of the building
Represent the developer or landlord in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Oversee all deliveries, including couriers and post
Provide general administrative support as required
Submit weekly reports on site activity, where necessary
General Building Management
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, agents, and contractors
Ensure the reception area is consistently presented to the highest standard
Liaise with the property or facilities manager to ensure contractor works are carried out efficiently
Identify and report issues promptly, following through to resolution
Maintain a strong focus on building security
Take a proactive, solution-focused approach to day-to-day challenges
Tenant Experience & Community Engagement
Produce a comprehensive local amenities guide and develop in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area
Create and circulate an engaging tenant newsletter
Research, support, and implement added-value services (with client approval) such as car valeting, dry cleaning, fitness memberships, professional networking, and sustainability initiatives
Negotiate tenant discounts or complimentary offers with local shops, restaurants, and gyms (subject to client approval)
Organise and support promotional activities, such as pop-up markets and seasonal events (e.g. summer and Christmas functions), supporting local businesses wherever possible
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or corporate reception role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using PCs, with the ability to learn new software quickly
Familiarity with social media platforms
Event planning and coordination skills
Desirable: Experience using Canva or other graphic design tools
Advantageous: Understanding of building operations and facilities management
