Overview


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome patients Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Booking the recalls for medical reviews Booking patient transport Manage scheduling appointments efficiently using EMIS system . Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Any other task given by the management

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office or administrative role is required. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. EMIS system experience
