We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and callers. You will ensure the smooth running of reception and front-of-house services, manage enquiries, maintain records, and assist with administrative tasks--all while upholding our values of dignity, respect, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, visitors, and professionals warmly and professionally.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages when needed.
Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures in line with safeguarding and security policies.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (paper and electronic).
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
Handle enquiries with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
Adhere to data protection, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
Warm, welcoming, and empathetic manner with a professional appearance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure.
