We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join and support our expanding Rentals Team. AT&T Rentals based in Mallusk one of Irelands leading commercial vehicle hire companies specialising in lorry hire and trailer hire. The Role offers a fantastic opportunity to support growth by being the first point of contact of AT&T Rentals, whilst also playing an instrumental Role in the co-ordination of our daily hire activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, well organised individual to develop their career in the busy front office.
The role will encompass:
Meeting & greeting customers and dealing with all hire customers on arrival and departure
Responsible for the switchboard -all calls with the organisation
Assisting with and co-ordination of the Hire Process
Hire documentation preparation
Liaising with insurance brokers
Processing of invoicing and other external charges
Interaction with the Hire & Operations functions
Document scanning & filing
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 5 years experience in an admin role essential
. A Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualification) is required
Must be a team player
Excellent Communication skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to work on your own initiative
Good organisational ability
Attention to detail
Competent in the use of Word & Excel essential
Ability to work under pressure
