LETTINGS RECEPTIONIST POSITION

Whitegates Estate Agents are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced and friendly team.

We manage approximately

1,600 properties

in the local area and require a committed team member to join us on a

permanent basis

. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in property and a strong background in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Being the first to answer incoming calls and managing a high volume of daily phone traffic

Handling general enquiries from landlords, tenants, and contractors

Lead-generation calling

Scheduling and organising property viewings

Managing multiple staff diaries and coordinating appointments

Greeting visitors and clients at reception

Managing and prioritising multiple email inboxes

Conducting local property viewings when required

Preparing tenancy documents and assisting with move-ins and move-outs

Assisting with keys management (issuing, logging, and tracking returns)

Filing, photocopying, scanning, and other general administrative tasks

Supporting the property management and lettings team with day-to-day operations

Any other lettings or office-based tasks required to support the team
