Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organised at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, utilising computerised systems.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
Maintain schedules and appointments using Google Suite and other office software.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance overall office productivity.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
