The Beaufort Hotel in the heart of Inverness is looking for a friendly, reliable

Receptionist / Breakfast Server

to join our team.

This is a customer-facing role that combines front desk duties with serving breakfast, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in great service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and handling check-ins/check-outs Answering phone calls and managing bookings Setting up and serving breakfast Ensuring the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming Providing a warm, professional experience for all guests

About You:

Friendly, approachable, and well-presented Good communication and customer service skills Able to work early mornings Organised and dependable Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential (training provided)
