Position Available: Receptionist (Full Time role) - based on 35-38 hours / week.

Salary Band: Min wage + dependant on experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities include: Delivering a 5 star customer experience, greeting / welcoming customers into the centre. Signing customers in, telephone booking's / email enquiries. Selling karting / combat sessions, confectionary, catering preparation. General cleaning of the centre / kitchen / toilets. Managing the reception area. Positive, polite and energetic interaction with customers.

Key Skills required: Working in a fast paced customer facing environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to cope under pressure. Basic computer skills to assign customers / reading indemnity forms to ensure safety standards are met send emails etc. Ability to accurately record information and pass on to relevant department.

The successful candidate is required to deliver excellent customer service, have a hands on approach, the ability to learn new skills, excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. Full training will be given.

This role is based on working approx. 35-38 hours per week. This role will involve flexible shift patterns, typically working 5 out of 7 that include working shifts at weekends, usually either a Saturday or Sunday as well as shifts finishing at 10pm at either site.
