Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our Leatherhead practice on the high street.


As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.


The working pattern for this role is 24 hours per week typically working:


Monday 11am-8pm


Tuesday 8am-5pm


Wednesday 9am-6pm


1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota 9am-5pm

What you'll be doing

Welcome customers warmly - in person and over the phone Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
