We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and a welcoming phone etiquette to create a positive impression of our organisation.
Duties
Greet and welcome patients in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls using an excellent phone manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Maintain an organised reception area to ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Proficiency in using computerised office systems, such as Outlook and Excel
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
