Park Row Dental Practice is a long-established dental practice in Leeds, known for its friendly, professional team and the care they take to make patients feel comfortable and well looked after.




They are now looking for a new front-of-house / reception team member to support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and help patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive. This role sits right at the front of the practice and plays a big part in creating a calm, organised and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Who this role is for


This role is only open to

care leavers

only (who have previously struggled with mental and/or physical health) and are now ready to take a supported step into work.+ You do not need loads of experience.
+ You do not need to be confident from day one.
+ This role is about potential, reliability and willingness to learn, not being the finished article.

What you'll do


You'll be part of the reception and admin team, helping the practice run smoothly and supporting patients throughout their visit.

Reception & patient support

+ Greet visitors and sign them in
+ Answer phone calls and deal with basic enquiries
+ Help arrange visits and appointments
+ Help people feel welcome, safe and supported

Office & admin support

+ Carry out general admin tasks such as filing, scanning and emailing
+ Keep patient records accurate and up to date
+ Support the team with paperwork and basic data entry

15-16 hours per week to start


This is a supported, part-time role designed to build confidence and routine. The aim is to progress to a longer-term role of up to 30 hours per week, where appropriate. You'll work regular, agreed hours with flexibility where needed.

+ Is polite, friendly and respectful with patients and colleagues
+ Can turn up on time and follow routines
+ Is willing to learn and ask for help when needed
+ Can stay calm and organised in a busy environment

Useful skills (we can help you learn these):

+ Basic IT (emails, booking systems, Word)
+ Clear communication
+ Customer service skills
+ Staying organised and focused


No previous dental experience is required -

full training will be provided

Training and support:




You won't be on your own. You'll receive loads of support through Supplytrain check in's where we can talk through:+ Work and on-the-job learning
+ Help with confidence, routines and workplace expectations
+ Support if you're having a tough day or something isn't working



You'll also receive on-the-job training from the Park Row Dental Practice team and opportunities to build experience that could lead to:+ More hours
+ A longer-term contract
+ Progression into an apprenticeship or further training
