Receptionist
We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team based in Wanlip for our contract with Severn Trent.

Hours:
40 hours per week - full-time and office based
What will you be responsible for?
As a
Receptionist
, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and safe experience for all who engage with our site. You'll also provide wider administrative support to help our operations run smoothly.
What will your day to day look like?
Your day-to-day will include:
Welcoming visitors and ensuring they're signed in and aware of on-site health & safety procedures
Managing post and deliveries, ensuring effective logging, distribution and communication with relevant contacts
Supporting onboarding for new starters, including ID badge issuance and timesheet setup
Booking travel and accommodation, assisting with local IT and facilities management, and supporting the wider team with general administration
Managing documentation, internal correspondence, and clerical tasks to maintain organised and compliant systems

You have strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
You're IT-proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable handling a variety of admin and front-of-house responsibilities
You're resourceful, proactive, and a natural team player who can support colleagues across departments with a professional and positive attitude
