The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Support administrative staff with various tasks as required to enhance office efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
A keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks is essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to the office environment.
