Splash Bathrooms, a trusted family-run showroom in Leyland, is looking for a
Showroom Administrator
to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure every customer enjoys a first-class experience.
What You'll Do
Be the welcoming face of our showroom - greeting customers and assisting with enquiries.
Manage calls, emails, and appointment bookings with professionalism and care.
Keep our records accurate - from quotations and orders to invoices and payments.
Coordinate with suppliers and our installation team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Maintain a showroom that's always clean, organised, and inspiring for customers.
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Confidence with Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
Previous experience in administration or retail (bathroom industry experience is a bonus!).
Working pattern Tuesday to Friday and a minimum of two Saturday's per month
