We are looking for a part time Receptionist to join our friendly team for this exclusive self-catering complex of 40 properties and associated facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming our guests, providing a professional and friendly service to them throughout their stay, sharing local knowledge of the surrounding area to enhance their holiday experience.
Hours: 9am - 5pm Working Mondays & Fridays
(Possible extra shifts available to cover staff and school holidays).
Rate of pay 12.60 per hour
Training will be provided, however experience in a Receptionist role would be preferred.
Your role:
Welcoming guests on arrival & provide a friendly supportive service during their stay
Providing information and support on local area, places to visit & making bookings
Liaise with other departments to manage issues raised by guests
Maintain & update Property Information folders & Site Notice Boards
Daily review of Site Manager booking system
Ordering site materials and stock for on-site shop
Participate in a rota system for the emergency site phone cover outside of normal working hours (bonus scheme in place)
Record accurate billing information for guest and take payment on departure
Supporting the Housekeeping team with daily management of small volumes of internally washed items, keeping back office neat and tidy, and property inspections prior to guests occupying.
