Job Description

Currently recruiting for a Receptionist with previous experience of the hospitality industry for our busy hotel, situated in Livingston. Working part time over 7 days, including evenings and weekends. Over the age of 21.

Working 4/5 days a week 12pm to 5pm, later when busy, closed over Christmas.

Duties will include but not limited to-

Preform all check in and check outs for guests Preparing guest bills and ensuring prompt payment Manage online reservations Process customer payments by cash or card Taking bookings by phone, email and face to face for rooms and functions Dealing with daily administration tasks for reception
You should posses excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. You must be a team player as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative. The right candidate should be passionate about delivering the highest of service excellence and be uncompromising about quality.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
