We are looking for a receptionist to join our Team at The Llandudno Bay Hotel
The Receptionist is a key, integral role within the Hotel, providing the fundamental relationship between the hotel operational team and the customers of the business. It involves working within a safe environment and the set Hotel Quality Standards and to undertake your duties as a role model on behalf of the hotel and work colleagues.
The position of Receptionist to ensure that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all reception areas always operate a high-quality service
Duties:
The greeting of clients and visitors, following the set Quality Standards whether in person or on the telephone.
Deal with accommodation and Spa (If relevant) enquires and processing enquiries accurately and
efficiently
Deal with face-to-face guests and offer relevant information to help them with their stay or enquiry
Keep reception areas tidy and clutter free
Maintain safe by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Maintain continuity among work team by documenting and communicating actions i.e.
irregularities, guest needs and guest enquires
Contributing to team work by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Undertake any reasonable duties asked of you by your line manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
