We have an opportunity for a part-time corporate receptionist to work in a wonderful boutique town house which has been converted for office use. Ideally located in Mayfair, the building is a short walk from Marble Arch and Bond Street tube stations.
You will 'own' the ground floor reception, taking pride in managing every visitor's journey, ensuring an exemplary level of customer service is delivered, with the ultimate aim of leaving a lasting impression.
Hours
Role one - 9am - 5pm Monday to Wednesday (24 hours per week) 17,696 pa
Role two - 9.00am - 5.00pm Thursday and Friday (16 hours per week) 11,797 pa###
Key Responsibilities
Managing receptionMeet and greet all visitors to the building to ensure a warm and personal welcome
Manage deliveries, including couriers and post
Develop a local amenities information file - becoming the 'expert' in terms of local knowledge
Stock check and reorder front of house supplies, as required
Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders
The BuildingSupport the offsite Property Management Company by ensuring any building issues are efficiently reported and managed to resolution. This will include managing maintenance contractors visiting the building / controlling keys, providing updates on progress to the facilities manager
Manage the meeting room and book out for tenants as required, ensuring it is immaculately maintained and ready for use
Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Previous experience in a high end front-of-house reception role
Warm, confident and proactive approach, with a can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a calm and quiet environment while consistently delivering exceptional, high-level service
Excellent verbal / written communication skills
Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
