Job responsibilities Pay 13.25 an hour Arrange appointments, tests and follow-ups Work with the other receptionist to ensure the practice runs smoothly Provide administrative assistance Filing, retrieving and monitoring paperwork from patients and staff members Signpost and redirect patients to members of the healthcare team Having clear and professional communication skills both in-person and over the phone Maintaining patients notes and data entry in accordance with the information a patient may relay to you Be well informed on the practices procedures and be able to clearly explain this to patients or visitors Redirect letters and results to the appropriate member of staff Maintain patient confidentiality Stay up to date with staff training Clinically code data on the EMIS web clinical system
