What you'll be doing...

As the Front of House Receptionist at 20 Old Bailey, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, tenants, and clients in this fully corporate building housing six high-profile companies. You will provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service while managing administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of the building.



Key Responsibilities:



Deliver a customer-focused reception service by greeting all guests and ensuring a warm welcome. Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available. Direct visitors to the correct floor and liaise with tenant representatives for seamless guest experiences. Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally and promptly. Respond to emails efficiently using Outlook. Log and register visitors on arrival, signing them in via the Building Management System (BMS). Assist in scheduling and managing meeting room bookings and viewings, coordinating with building management, security, and cleaning teams. Liaise with the loading bay to manage deliveries and book parking spaces for occupiers. Assist in social media management for the building, particularly Instagram, using Canva for content creation. Source and coordinate local pop-up events to be hosted in the reception or piazza area. Support with event planning and tenant engagement initiatives. Maintain Health & Safety standards in line with company policies. Provide administrative support, including printing, photocopying, laminating, poster creation, and report preparation. Book and track annual leave requests for the reception team. Ensure all guidelines and procedures are followed as per the reception hard drive.

Required Skills & Experience:



Customer Service Excellence - Strong ability to interact professionally with high-profile tenants and visitors. Communication Skills - Confident verbal and written communication. Organisation & Time Management - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently. Team Collaboration - Ability to work cooperatively with security, building management, and other departments. Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in visitor logs, emails, and general administration. IT Proficiency - Comfortable using Outlook, Canva, and the BMS system. Proactive & Resourceful - Ability to resolve issues efficiently and take initiative when required.
