The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
Assisting with meetings and organising lunches.
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly.
Managing general office administration.
Assisting the Directors.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and liaising with couriers.
Support other departments with various tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Ordering stationery and supplies.
Qualifications
Previous experience as Receptionist required.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
