Job Description

Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin. We're seeking a Receptionist to deliver consistent service excellence for our guests and elevate service standards within their team.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with guests to assist them during their stay Maintain a consistent presence in the lobby. Lead by example, train, and motivate employees to build a strong, enthusiastic team Handle guest arrivals, check-ins, departures, and maintain the appearance of the lobby and entrance Make reservations in accordance with the hotel's yield management practices Maximize occupancy and ensure rate availability Seek opportunities to improve the guest experience through feedback and strategy development

What You Need:



Commitment to delivering high-level customer service Excellent personal presentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Autonomy to make logical decisions Competent IT proficiency
