Job Overview:
We are seeking a polished and highly organized Receptionist to join our team at our new flagship location in Knightsbridge on
Sundays
on a zero hour contract
with flexibility to cover our full time receptionists
. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a crucial part in ensuring that every visit to Dimple Amani is exceptional. In addition to managing the front desk, the ideal candidate will feel confident in assisting with the management of our team of therapists as needed. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in the core responsibilities of a receptionist but also proactive, adaptable, and capable of supporting the overall operations of our wellness center.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and relaxed upon arrival. Manage check-ins, appointments, and client inquiries efficiently.
Appointment Coordination:
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage bookings, and ensure the therapists' schedules are optimized for a seamless flow of clients throughout the day.
Client Relations:
Handle client inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with professionalism and a customer-first approach. Address any concerns or special requests to enhance the client experience.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage day-to-day administrative duties including answering phones, processing payments, maintaining client records, and ensuring the reception area is organized and inviting.
Therapist Support:
Provide administrative support to the therapist team, including managing their schedules, relaying client preferences, and coordinating between the front desk and treatment rooms.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory of products and supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and ready for client use.
Facility Oversight:
Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and luxurious environment that reflects the Dimple Amani brand.
Team Leadership:
Occasionally oversee and coordinate the therapist team's activities to ensure smooth operations, stepping in to manage the team when the need arises.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury, spa, or wellness environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and personable demeanor.
Ability to work Monday through Sunday with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the capability to manage and support a team when required.
A passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
