Key Responsibilities

Extend a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors, ensuring they feel valued while providing them with all the essential information they need for an enjoyable stay. Handle the arrivals and departure process smoothly and accurately, adhering to hotel policies and ensuring all billing and payment transactions are completed correctly. Stay informed of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are anticipated and fulfilled. Demonstrate expertise in the hotel's services, promotions, and nearby attractions, offering tailored recommendations to enhance guest experiences and drive the hotel revenue.
