This role will be based in zuma London, the original restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities as a

Receptionist

will include:

Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experience Handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings Manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth Keep the reception area spotless and inviting Assist guests with requests, ensuring they're guided to the right team or area Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
