Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries as necessary Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail Manage our meeting room reservations

Skills



Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles Strong phone etiquette to handle calls professionally Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
