Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries as necessary
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Manage our meeting room reservations
Skills
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
Strong phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
