Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression and ensuring everyone feels valued. Deliver outstanding customer service by managing check-in and switchboard operations in line with our security and GDPR requirements. Use reception tools to coordinate, guide, and support guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable visitor experience from arrival to departure. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area, completing regular checks and partnering with service teams to uphold a consistent five-star standard. Foster strong working relationships across departments, embracing a collaborative "One Team" approach and providing support where needed. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and the visitor experience, escalating issues appropriately and contributing to a culture of excellence.

What We're Looking For:

A warm, approachable manner with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. Confidence using technology, excellent communication skills, and a professional telephone manner. Strong organisational abilities, with flexibility to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information or sensitive situations. The ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of people, from visitors to senior leaders. A polished, professional appearance and a positive, solution-focused attitude that reflects Sodexo and Microsoft's commitment to excellence.
