Key Responsibilities
To ensure each visitor to the Home is welcomed.
To conduct a show round the Home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training received.
To present the Home in a positive light and obtain details of all visitors in order that follow ups can be made.
To ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy and welcoming.
To ensure that refreshments are given to all visitors.
To take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors or/and internal and external bodies.
To update data bases.
To update web site
Control of petty cash.
To Support the Administrator where necessary in the efficient running of accounts and cash collection.
Ensure all post is opened, stamped and distributed to relevant persons, including financial documents to be sent
to the financial team.
To Support the Administrator where necessary by inputting staff attendance and send to Payroll in accordance with deadlines.
To Support the Administrator where necessary to ensure that all personnel files are within the National minimum standards.
To Support the Administrator where necessary to cover there role in their absence
To engender an atmosphere of co-operation and positivity within the home dealing with Residents, colleagues and suppliers with courtesy and respect at all times.
Any other duties that the Administrator Manager may deem necessary.
