Your influential mission. You will...

Deliver the professional greeting of employees, clients and visitors to the highest standards. Monitor and manage stationery and refreshment stock levels Manage post Organise catering for meetings and internal events Cooperate with the building reception and security team Book visitors and contractors in with main building reception and issue Playtech passes Coordinate the repair and maintenance needs of the office, including primary liaison with all office suppliers Book taxis and couriers as required Support logistics of internal and external events

Excellent communication skills Previous administrative experience Excellent attention to detail, a warm and friendly disposition Strong skills in Outlook and Excel Working knowledge of Microsoft Office An impeccable telephone manner and excellent written skills
