As a Receptionist, you will deliver a warm, efficient and professional guest experience at all times. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the ME brand standards while anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.


Key Responsibilities



Welcome and check in guests in a genuine, professional and personalised manner Ensure a smooth and informative check-out experience Anticipate guest needs, offer solutions and create memorable moments Maintain strong knowledge of hotel availability to support up-selling and cross-selling Handle billing accurately, issuing invoices and managing company and agency accounts Maintain accurate guest records and registration documentation Follow all health, safety and security procedures, including emergency protocols Comply with relevant legislation and brand standards Support the Front Office team with any additional duties as required

What we're looking for



Previous experience in a similar Front Office / Reception role Working knowledge of OPERA PMS Fluency in English (Spanish is an advantage) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, service-driven and positive attitude High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and weekends Eligibility to work in the UK
