A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist has arisen within Solomon Solicitors located in Luton, Bedfordshire.
The role will see you provide high level excellent customer service to visitors, answering enquiries without supervision, answering all incoming calls to the firm, arranging hospitality, assisting the solicitors in the firm and completing general administrative duties when required.
Daily duties include;
Quickly and efficiently deal with telephone calls.
Record information accurately, whether manually or typing. Sort and store files and certificates accurately so that they can easily be retrieved.
Take accurate messages
Greet and interact with visitors to the premises
Manage room and hospitality bookings.
Offer customer assistance wherever possible.
Search files and records for information.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate that you are proactive, able to work with minimal supervision and proven ability to prioritise tasks. You must have experience as a receptionist in an office setting, ideally within a law firm.
Further you must have :
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
A positive approach to working under pressure and in a busy environment
Business acumen
